  • How can I book a service?
    You have to call us or mail us about the service you want to avail, we will call you and our representative will meet you(if required) and guide you through the booking services
  • What is the payment procedure?
    You can make payment for our booking service through cash, cheque or online fund transfer NEFT/RTGS/IMPS.
  • Are there any hidden costs?
    No, After meeting with our executive, we will mail you the final quotation. That will be your final charge. Extra amount will only be charged for extra services with your prior intimation only.
  • Is the procedure of payment secured?
    Yes, we don't use any gateway system, only your bank's NEFT/RTGS will be used for Online transfer. For Cash/Cheque, only our company authorised reprentatives will collect cash/cheque from you, we will immediately confirm you just after payment realisation at our end.
  • When our services will start?
    Your services will start from the next working day of your payment realisation.
  • How much time is required for completion of the service?
    There are different time TATs for different services, our representative will inform you the time in your booking service call.
  • When will I get the total rights of the design?
    The final rights of the design will be transfered to customer only after the final payment(subject to payment realisation).
  • Will I get the trademark service?
    No, Infinity Studio will not Trademark any of your designs.
  • In which format I will get my designs?
    We will provide the final design in High resolution .jpg, .png & .tiff format.
  • How will I get the final design?
    The final design will be provided through mail or secured drive sharing.
  • I am confused, I want a suggestion, will I get the support?"
    Yes, On Phone call or personal meeting of our executive we will guide you and solve your issue accordingly.
  • What if I come up with my own design?
    We welcome your inputs on your Design at all times, and would create design concepts based on your ideas. We would come up with various alternative suggestions as well and you can choose the one that is the best for the image of your product or company. Our Designers are experienced in gauging exactly what you want, and are able to translate it into an attractive and professional Design.
  • Will our design be unique?
    Yes, we don't design on template basis, we first sketch your design from scratch and then design the final product. So your design will always be unique and as per your requirement

  • Is there any urgent service facility?
    Yes, we have Urgent service facility. If required please ask for Urgent service to our executive at the time of visit. This may charge extra.
  • How should I supply my content?
    It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form – for example, the files output by a digital camera and the copy in MS word or similar format. If this is not possible, we can help get your information ready for use on the website. We will also provide you instructions on how to upload the material email.
  • Will my Website be Search Engine Friendly?
    All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines.
  • What is managed hosting?
    Our team will take care of the setup, configuration and maintenance of the website, domain registration/administration, website backups, security hardening, server monitoring, uptime monitoring and website installation. Are hosting packages are annual subscriptions.
  • Is there an extra charge for bleeds?
    No. Unlike many other companies, all our prices include full bleeds free of charge.
  • How do I order multiple pieces?
    To keep things simple, please place a separate order for each different printed piece you want produced. For example, if you want 3 different design brochures, please place 3 orders. Obviously, the price for 3,000 of one brochure is not the same as the price for 1,000 each of 3 different brochures.
  • What kind of paper will my job be printed on?
    We have several paper types available with us. You will get the job printed on any type of paper you required. Our Representative will carry paper sample with him/her if you priorly inform in phone calls.
  • Will I get the proof for reviewing of my printing material before printing?
    Yes, You will get a Sample copy of your material before Our Printing service starts.
  • How much time will I get to review the proof of my Printing material?
    Once you have placed your order, you should get a proof after the product TAT(as explained by our representative in meeting or phone call). You will get 1 working day to review the sample proof after you receive your electronic files. It can be extended maximum upto 2 working days on customer's request.
  • How do I view my proof?
    We will send you the Design through Mail or Whatsapp as per your conveniance. However We prefer mailing process for sending the proof.

    Yes, any name you suggest can be booked(subject to availability).

    No, Domain names can't be changed once booked. If a new domain name is required, it needs to be booked separately subject to availability of the name(charges may apply).
  • Can I book any mail id at my own domain name as I wish?
    Yes, any name you suggest can be booked.
  • Can I Change my mail id after booking?

  • Can I upgrade my website from normal to E-Commerce after booking?
    Yes, You can upgrade your website anytime, from normal to E-commerce (Extra charges may apply).

    Digital Artwork is the Digital design required for Promotion of your Music/Song in different platforms. We will design proper artwork for you within your Digital Release package with no extra charges.If you design your own artwork we also accept that to upload in digital promotion (your artwork must satisfy the upload conditions).
  • What is my artwork not allowed to contain?
    Your artwork cannot be: ♦Blurry ♦Pixelated ♦Misaligned ♦Oddly rotated The image can’t contain: ♦ Content you don’t own the rights to ♦ Production credits ♦ Any reference to physical packaging, or it being a digital product ♦ Pricing ♦ No pornographic images or links to pornographic websites ♦ Any promotion for another product ♦ Any misleading information (e.g. it can’t include another artist not featured in your music) ♦ No reference to content that isn’t there ♦ No websites or URLs ♦ No offensive imagery or symbolism
  • What is my Release title not allowed to contain?
    Release titles must not include: ♦ Any information about the type of release or content. Avoid text like Single, Album, EP, Exclusive or Limited Edition, ft, with, &, vs, unless it is part of the actual title of the track. ♦ Text referring to physical or digital versions ♦Any information about file formats
  • What do I need to consider when uploading my tracks?
    If your release has only one track then the title of the Album will be exactly the same as the track's filename. If your release has two or more tracks then you can name it whatever you like.
  • When will my release be live in stores?
    Each of our partners need different time frames to process it themselves. Overall an approximate time period of 15 to 20 working days (after final payment, subject to payment realisation) is required to be live in all our digital stores.
  • How do I remove my music from stores?
    You can take down your releases at any time – it will take 1-7 working days. This cannot be undone, be certain that you want to take down your release before you go through this process.
  • What age must I be in order to release my music/song digitally?
    We would love to distribute everyone’s music regardless of age but we’re afraid that for legal reasons you’ve got to be 18 or over to sign up and distribute through Spinnup. If you’re under 18, then parent's consent form is required. This form will be available on request us through mail or to our executive who will visit you.
  • What is ISRC?
    ISRCs (International Standard Recording Code) are unique codes which are used to identify every registered released track around the world.
  • Where do I get my ISRC?
    We will provide you the required ISRC(extra charges may apply).
